We will show you one frame from the completed video as soon as it is available. You are advised not to purchase your video until you can see the proof-of-work frame. We do not offer previews or samples further than that.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and resultant video, please contact the contact email (above) with relevant details including order information and the reason you are unsatisfied. I’ll do my best to get back to you within a week.

If you uploaded incorrect data (csv data, milestones, mission name, units, etc), let us know at the contact email with relevant details. We will work together to figure out the best course of action to get you the correct overlay.

If your concerns are reasonable and reflect what is in our posted materials such as this video and after working with us we are still unable to to deliver on our end then you will be entitled to a refund.

Created Video Lifespan

We are not a web-hosting service. We don’t have the resources to store your videos for perpetuity.

Therefore, we will guarantee that your video will be kept readily available from your video library for at a minimum of 6 months. After that 6 months, we reserve the right to move your video into “cold storage”. Videos that are moved into cold storage can still be accessed by sending an email to the contact email above. After 2 years from the time of purchase, videos may be deleted from cold storage.

You are strongly advised to use your own cloud storage provider and to make backups of your video. Perhaps in the future we will pivot and offer perpetual storage for a recurring fee (to counter the ongoing cost of buying hard drives as they wear out, the electricity of keeping those drives powered on, etc.
